  1. Bought a Steelbook 4K copy of the movie Smokin Aces. Opened it and the device that holds the disc was broken inside and the disc was sliding around, unable to be held in place. This Best Buy refused to let me swap it out or get a refund despite the product being (unknowingly) damaged already when purchased

  2. The staff was nice and helpful and they all had blue shirts. Which was really nice cause I like blue. Got a great TV from them lost a star because they would not deliver to my house. I understood the reason I’m just lazy and wanted them to do it.

  3. I wanted to take the time to thank both Mary Grace and Jackson Bareford for solving an issue that I created by canceling my warranty insurance on a newly purchased projector. Your professionalism and empathy were greatly appreciated! I will definitely be returning to this location.

  4. Kyle was extremely helpful and patient today. Work gave me a new iPhone. Since it has Verizon service, I went to the Verizon store to swap info from one phone to the new one. They told me they could only transfer my contacts. I told them I needed everything transferred. They told me to go to Best Buy (up the street). Kyle greeted me and quickly calmed my nerves. He was patient and got all my info transferred. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I would highly recommend seeing him for your wireless needs! Thanks so much, Kyle!!

  5. … first of all; when it comes to *stereo* audio, Always keep in stock pairs of speakers not just one…I am totally dismayed that I must come back several days later to get the other speaker. The sales rep found it more important to chat with someone else rather than deal with a paying customer. This was not cool !, Yet I tolerated the rudeness of the employee…

Had a great experience with custom car stereo. Chris was very helpful when it came to picking out my tint. I love the way my truck looks now and I’ll definitely be back to custom car stereo in the future and highly recommend!

I brought my 2009 Hyundai Genesis in to get the sound system fixed. I had some blown speakers.

It is an older vehicle, but I’ve had it for 10 years and with 187K miles it is my favorite vehicle. I worked with Bryan. He was nice and helpful. He suggested I buy the Focal 165AS3 speakers and said I could get a Bluetooth adapter (I couldn’t get the head unit replaced in the car). So I bought the speakers and Bluetooth adapter, and with labor it was $1722. I initially did not like the sound at all — but I noticed that the equalizer had been turned all the way down for treble, bass, and mid. Once I adjusted that, it sounded better, not fantastic.

The subwoofer sounded really bad, so I opted to replace that during a 2nd visit. The original quote was around $400, but the replacement subwoofer didn’t sound good (they did tell me this over the phone), so they convinced me to buy the JL
ACP110LG-TW1 10 inch sub. It sounds great! When I picked up the car this time, I noticed some workmanship things that needed fixing — the backseat needed to be pushed back more, and some plastic panels underneath the driver controls needed to be popped back in. I mentioned this, and they took it back and fixed it immediately. This sub work ended up costing $1295.

Lastly, I noticed that the speakers were very harsh when playing the highs of rock/metal music — my ears would ache when playing music at high volumes. I went in for a 3rd time and worked with Bryan to swap out the tweeters in the Focal kit I bought from them in favor of a cheaper Rockford tweeter T1TS. It sounds much better now. This work was $317. It was a little disappointing that I had to swap out tweeters from the kit that I had just bought, but I’m glad it was improved. It’s not perfect, but Bryan explained that I’d need a new Equalizer to get it sounding how I want it to.

Ultimately, they worked with me and my sound is better than before. I really like the Bluetooth connectivity that I now have.

I’m not in love with my system though, especially since it was $3335 total. But it is a marked improvement. Perhaps my expectations were unreasonable — I had planned on spending $1300 before I had any work done.

I wanted to jump on here and say thank you to custom car stereo for fixing their mess up with me. The original experience is why I can’t give the full 5 stars. I wrote a very honest review a few weeks back about a not so good experience I was having with one particular employee. It earned them a well deserved 1 star review. Since then the GM has contacted me and made it right. He got my radio fixed and reinstalled promptly upon learning about what happened. I currently have my radio back in my car. I am one week in and I am not having any problems with it. It is working great! Ya know, people mess up sometimes and sometimes it’s just a personality conflict. This very well may have been the case in my experience or better yet it think it was a solid combination of those two things. Once I was contacted by Steve, the general manager, my experience with them did a 180. It’s good when a business can own their mistake, apologize and do the right thing. Trust that custom car stereo is one of the good ones. If you have a bad experience with them please make your way to the general manager, he will get the problem resolved. Thanks again guys, it’s nice not to be driving around listening to a 8 year old hand held Bluetooth speaker, looking at a hole in my dash, mad at y’all. The touchscreen is back and working better than ever! If I can find a picture of my 1st review I’ll post it below but I may have deleted it prematurely once Steve got me fixed up. 🤙💎👍

Great audio, tint work and more! We have been using them for years, upgrading the audio on our new and vintage cars. Their work is amazing and their staff is very accommodating. I highly recommend this shop to anyone no matter the age of your vehicle they will take great care of you and your vehicle.

Took my vehicle here to be tinted. Told employee when I checked in that I would be waiting there. 4 hours later I went to desk to inquire about time and was told vehicle had been done awhile?! They say they called my phone, why would you call someone’s phone who was there? Overall the work on the vehicle looks exceptional. Took great care of a newer high value vehicle. Workmanship, and care were great. The Customer Service on the other left me a sour taste.

Very happy with the install of an audio system Mel and his team made on my 08 BMW Convertible!! They ran into some issues with the top working correctly after the install, but they were determined to find, and resolve the issue. And they did! The top work great, and the audio system is amazing.

Thanks to you and your team for all of your efforts and determination in resolving the issue.

Great experience with C.A.R.S. Got my windows tinted and a new head unit installed. My old Toyota runs great but was looking a little sad inside and out. After the work done here, my car has entered the 21st century. I am in love with the old girl again. Really enjoyed working with both Jason and Rommel. They both went above and beyond my expectations. These guys won’t let you down.

Very happy, in fact ecstatic with backup camera and apple carplay added to our 03 Avalanche. These guys are amazing, especially Jason. Going back for more upgrades next week and also taking in 2nd car. Great customer service!

The whole team at CARS- top notch! I reached out to them from out of town and Rommel (owner) reached back to me personally. Listened to what I was looking for, gave me answers and multiple options to choose from. Coming from out of town, I had to wait a week for a weekend appointment, and through this period, Rommel kept in touch with me periodically and still answered all my new questions. Once at the appointment, the atmosphere was great, very welcoming and they all entertained my questions and old school references. Left feeling very pleased with my purchase and service! What was installed: DD Audio LE-512D Loaded Enclosure with a DD Audio D600 Monoblock Amplifier. All connected to a factory installed Bose premium sound system. Much needed bass for my large SUV! Highly recommend CARS for your stereo inquiries and installation! They’ll even take care of you after the initial install…you’re a customer for life here.
